Frequently Asked Questions about Offers
#FlyMeTo flight vouchers
#FlyMeTo does not issue tickets, but a voucher for a certain amount can be deducted from the total gross amount of the booking value when making the flight reservation. We cannot set a fixed amount for a flight destination, as the prices for tickets are always based on the availability of seats on certain days.
The following payment methods are available: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCV, instant bank transfer (payment via online banking).
If the value of the flight booking exceeds that of the value of the voucher, the balance can be paid by one of the available payment methods. If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the flight booking, the remainder on the voucher can be used on the next booking. Simply re-use the voucher code stated on the voucher.
In this case, as the organiser of the gift, you have other options open to you:You can either take a voucher for the amount which has been collected, pay the difference, or extend the deadline for making the contribution and remind your friends again.
As soon as Austrian Airlines has received the payment, a confirmation is sent to the email address specified in the order. The email contains a link, under which the voucher can be personalised and downloaded as a pdf. You can therefore decide when you want to surprise the recipient with a voucher code, which they can use when booking their desired flight.
