How to proceed after my flight from Vienna to Rhodes?
Rhodes Airport (RHO) is located in the north of the island, about 15 kilometres southwest of Rhodes Town. After your flight from Vienna to Rhodes you can reach the island capital by bus. If you want to be more flexible a taxi or a rental car is a great choice.
To get around in the northern part of the island, you can the use bus lines, of which there are plenty. In the south in particular, it is better to hire a car or take a taxi to reach your destination. Getting around by water is very easy: You can travel to the surrounding islands or to the nearby Turkish mainland by catamaran or ferry.
