With the exception of the First Class Lounge, all lounges are initially available to all premium and status passengers. Access authorisations linked to the booking class of the flight ticket or the privileges of the customer card apply. Access to the First Class Lounge is reserved for our HON Circle Members and First Class passengers.
The product range in our lounges is being adapted to take account of the current restrictions. Our meal and drinks service, in particular, is affected by this and is either unavailable or only available to a very limited extent. Please note that we are currently unable to offer our First Class Lounge passengers a limousine service.
Our goal is to be able to reopen the majority of our lounges as soon as possible. You can, of course, use the lounges of our Star Alliance partners as usual, where they are open.
