Your Receipt

Please make sure you use your 13-digit e-ticket number e. g. 2571234567890 (with no spaces or hyphens). You can find this on your passenger receipt. Unfortunately, it will not work if you enter the 6-digit booking code (e.g. A1B2CD). When entering names, please do not use any special characters, accents or umlauts, but encode them (ì=i, ñ=n, ö=oe, ß=ss, etc.). If you have a double-barrel name, please enter it without a hyphen; simply use a space or write the names as one.
