UEFA Nations League international match – Austria : Kosovo and Austria : Israel competition

1.1 By taking part in the promotion, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2 The organiser of the promotion is Austrian Airlines AG, Office Park 2, PO Box 100, A-1300 Vienna Airport (hereinafter referred to as ‘Austrian Airlines’). Entry to the competition and the chance to win are free of charge and in no way contingent upon the purchase of any goods or the use of any services. Participants are responsible for any costs incurred by them in taking part, such as internet connection or mobile phone charges.

1.3 The competition period runs until 8 September 2026. The winners will be notified by email by 10 September 2026 at the latest.

1.4 The competition is governed exclusively by Austrian law.

2.1 The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Austria. Each person may enter the competition only once.

2.2 Participants are personally responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. Automated entries, deliberate false entries and entries using fake profiles are not permitted. Austrian Airlines is entitled to exclude participants from the competition without notice if they do not meet the requirements of these terms and conditions, or if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the competition – in particular the entry process – especially by entering multiple times, and/or culpably breach the rules of participation.

2.3 To take part in the promotion, the participant must send an email to events@austrian.com. By doing so, they automatically accept the terms and conditions set out in the email.

2.4 Austrian Airlines reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.

3.1 The winner will be selected in a private draw after the closing date for entries.

3.2 The winner will then be notified by email. The prize will be provided to the winner in the form of an online ticket sent by email.

4.1 The following prizes will be raffled off, each for two people:

• 40x 2 tickets for the Austria v Israel match on 24 September 2026 in Linz
  8.45 pm, Raiffeisen Arena Linz
• 40x of 2 tickets for the Austria v Kosovo match on 27 September 2026 in Vienna
  6.00 pm, Ernst Happel Stadium

Travel to and from Vienna or Linz, or to the stadiums, is not included in the prize.

4.2 The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or substituted with alternatives to the prize on offer. The prize is non-transferable and the resale of the tickets is prohibited. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions.

4.3 Austrian Airlines accepts no liability whatsoever for the delivery of the prizes to the respective winners. To the extent permitted by law, Austrian Airlines also accepts no liability for the availability of the prizes.

4.4 In the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, Austrian Airlines reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.1 Austrian Airlines accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the running of the prize draw for any direct or indirect damage arising from participation or the possible unavailability of the internet server. In particular, Austrian Airlines shall not be liable for the loss, delay, postponement, alteration, manipulation and/or misrouting of emails and/or data during data entry, collection, transmission and/or storage, where such incidents are caused by external data networks, in particular the Internet or the World Wide Web, external telephone lines and/or other hardware and/or software belonging to participants and/or third parties; this applies in particular to incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. Austrian Airlines shall also not be liable for incorrect information caused by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software, which is used for the competition or is related to it. In particular, no liability shall be accepted if emails or data entries do not meet the requirements set out therein and are consequently not accepted and/or processed by the system. Furthermore, Austrian Airlines accepts no liability in the event of theft or destruction of the systems and/or storage media on which the data is stored, or in the event of unauthorised alteration and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or on the storage media by participants or third parties.

5.2 Austrian Airlines reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, such as, in particular, in the event of software and/or hardware faults and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons which affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper conduct of the competition. In such cases, Austrian Airlines also has the right to modify the competition at its discretion.

5.3 Austrian Airlines accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third parties.

5.4 Austrian Airlines shall be liable for damages – regardless of the legal basis – only in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Austrian Airlines, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, as well as in the event of a culpable breach of material contractual obligations.

6.1 We use your data (title, name and email address) solely for the purpose of running this prize draw; your data will not be passed on to third parties. You can read about your data protection rights – in particular your rights to access and erasure – as well as your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, in full at any time in our privacy policy.

7.1 Should one or more of the above provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which, in terms of its economic purpose, most closely approximates the invalid provision. The same shall apply in the event of a gap requiring regulation.

7.2 Legal action is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings.
