You have a booking or would like to book a new flight?
Passengers whose flight has been cancelled or rebooked to a significantly later date due to the current situation and who do not wish to make use of the rebooking option can of course still request a refund.

However, we ask for your understanding that due to the high number of requests, processing times may be longer.
If you have already applied for a refund, it is not necessary to contact us again. We have increased our capacities and are processing all applications.
