Information about reserving your private check-in counter
Please note the following information before completing the binding reservation form:
- A private check-in counter is available for flights departing from Vienna with Austrian Airlines, SWISS, Lufthansa and Brussels Airlines. The service may also be used for other airlines, provided their flights are handled by Austrian Airlines at counters 351–372 in Terminal 3.
- Reservations must be made no later than eight days before departure.
- The duration for which the check-in counter is available and the applicable cost depend on the number of travellers.
- Once you have received your reservation confirmation, we will send you a payment link by email, allowing you to conveniently complete the payment.
- The screen at your check-in counter can display either a personalised message of your choice (maximum 66 characters) or an official logo. If you would like a logo to be displayed, please submit it in 1920 × 1080 pixel format together with the reservation form.
- Please check the check-in deadlines on our website.
- Your check-in counter number(s) will be sent to you by email no later than three days before departure.
- Your check-in counter will be reserved exclusively for you in accordance with your reservation confirmation. If you arrive late at the airport or do not use the service, we are unfortunately unable to refund any amount already paid. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us by email. In this case, we will of course arrange a refund of the costs.
