Our tickets have flexible rebooking so that you can plan your travel to suit your needs. Find out the details of our rebooking options.
Do you have a booking or do you wish to book a new flight?
Please always check the status of your flight and the current travel and entry restrictions of your final destination immediately before the start of your planned journey, as well as any possible transit locations, because these may change at short notice.

You can find information about entry to Austria on the website of the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology.
Rebookings are still possible for all travel fares.
Bookings from 2 August 2021
For Economy Light and Business Saver fares, there is a reduced rebooking fee. With a rebooking you can change the travel date.
For all other fares you can rebook without additional costs and select a new travel date, a new departure airport and/or a new destination airport. If the rebooked fare is more expensive, additional payment may be required.
The fully flexible rebooking options remain the same for all tickets that were booked by 1 August 2021, without any additional costs. If the rebooked fare is more expensive, additional payment may be required.
How often can I rebook?
You can rebook as many times as you want.
Except if you booked your original ticket before or on 31 August 2020. Then we currently offer you the option of one flexible rebooking . Please contact us by 31 October 2021 at the latest to make use of this and rebook your flight. If your rebooked flight is cancelled, you can rebook again.

The following rules apply if you booked your trip up to and including 15 May 2020:
If you booked your journey up to and including 15 May 2020, you can also transfer the value of your ticket to a Flight Value Voucher.
Rebooking can generally be done via our Service Centre. For tickets which were booked via a travel agency, we recommend that you contact them. If you do not get an answer soon, please contact us again for further processing.
If your flight was cancelled due to the current situation or was rebooked to a significantly later date, and you do not wish to make use of the rebooking option, you can of course request a refund.
Requests for refunds can be made using our online form or via our Service Centre.
For tickets booked via a travel agency, please contact your local representative there. If you do not get an answer soon, please contact us again for further processing.
However, we ask you for your understanding that there will be longer processing times due to the high number of requests.
If you have already requested a refund, no further contact is required. We have increased our capacities and are processing all applications. After requests for your refund, you will receive the payout within seven days.
We have changed our fare structure in order to offer you more flexibility for future bookings.
All fares (except Economy Light and European Business Saver) may still be rebooked without fees.
