Buy access in advance
We offer you FlyNet Internet access in cooperation with Deutsche Telekom on short and medium-haul flights. Either book in advance via the given link or buy one of the packages once on board in the FlyNet Portal and get connected.

Particularly suitable for emails, social media channels and surfing the Internet

FlyNet Stream

Particularly suitable for high-speed Internet surfing, audio and video streaming as well as VPN services

How to use FlyNet Internet access on board

Select WiFi
Before take-off set your device to airplane mode. As soon as cruising altitude is reached, you can activate WiFi in your settings and select Austrian FlyNet.

Open the FlyNet portal
If you now activate your internet browser, the FlyNet portal opens automatically. Click on "Internet access" in the top right.

Buy a service package
Select the desired service package, if you have not purchased your access in advance. Once payment is confirmed you are immediately online.
Good to know
- You can easily recognize the aircraft that have been adapted for onboard Internet by the WiFi sign.
- Instructions on the service can be found in your seat pocket.
- The service is only available on short and medium-haul flights of the Airbus A320 family of the Austrian Airlines fleet.
