FAQ Termination of Austrian Airlines AirManager
The standardization of all e-commerce platforms of the Lufthansa Group airlines (Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS and Brussels Airlines) requires the termination of the Austrian Airlines AirManager.
The platform is put out of service on July 6th, 2021. Access to the subpage (log in page) after this date will not be possible and profiles will be closed.
Austrian Airlines applies chapter 5 of Terms and Conditions and 15 of Privacy and Policy and terminates the platform by July 6th, 2021. Access to the subpage (log in page) and profiles is granted until July 5th, 2021.
Austrian Airlines informs all active users and customers by email about the termination of the platform.
Handling of Passenger Name Records (PNR) and tickets created in Austrian Airlines AirManager
The PNR and ticket remains active and valid for travel.
The ticket issue has to be done for all PNRs before July 6th, 2021. All unwanted PNRs must be cancelled by users until July 5th, 2021.
After July 6th access to active PNRs and tickets is no longer possible via the Austrian Airlines AirManager. Access to bookings will still be possible by usage of the airline vendor locator (PNR code) or ticket number on www.austrian.com.
If changes (rebooking, cancellation, refund) must be made, please contact the Austrian Airlines Service Center.
Austrian Airlines Airmanager user profiles
Yes. The Austrian Airlines AirManager user profiles will be closed on July 6th, 2021.

The new booking functionality is integrated in the B2C booking flow. By entering an individual company access code negotiated fares can be booked.
