We aim to give you a culinary experience on board, so our meals and snacks are prepared using regional and seasonal products.

Our menus link Austria with the world. With our partners DO & CO, Demel and Henry – the art of living, Austria’s finest catering brands, we demonstrate that Austrian cuisine can be both sophisticated and hearty at the same time. Our charming crews will deliver a culinary experience for you on board.

Our service varies depending on the flight duration and travel class, so that we can customise our offer perfectly to your needs:

On shorter flights of up to 50 minutes*, we offer you brand new options with our hand-baked pastries. No time or don’t want to eat right away while on board? No problem! Specially developed packaging lets you decide for yourself when and where you wish to eat. Eat in or take away, the choice is yours.

From fresh muesli to hand-sliced ham with fresh horseradish, to an inspiring poke bowl with smoked salmon – our cold menus are a delight for the taste buds. Complete the experience with Sachertorte, panna cotta or apple strudel on flights of 50 to 80 minutes*.

Main course and dessert on board the aircraft.

On flights lasting 80 minutes or more, we specialise in food from Austria and international delicacies. Fresh, high-quality, regional and richly coloured creations are served hot and rounded off with a sweet speciality.

We complete our service on all our flights with refreshing cold drinks or relaxing hot beverages.

Long haul

Total relaxation on your flight abroad.

Our crew wants you to feel relaxed and at ease while you’re on board. You have the option of enjoying your service personalised to your wishes and experiencing our restaurant in the skies. Alternatively, our small snack plates called “Gabelbissen” let you enjoy a selection of dishes at a time of your choice, so you can spend the rest of the flight relaxing or on personal business.

We link Austria with the world. That’s why we offer our Austrian signature dish in our menus alongside two international dishes. Enjoy a special dish from Austria high above the clouds.

To welcome you on board, our crew and the flying chef will offer you an aperitif and a culinary greeting from the kitchen.

Assiettes

Assiettes are traditional Viennese snack plates. If you are slightly peckish between meals, we will serve you our selection of Austrian assiettes at any time during the flight.

The coffeehouse service in the skies

To round off your culinary journey, we will serve you a selection of desserts, speciality cheeses and Austrian coffee on board. Vienna and coffee share a long history that developed into the traditional Viennese coffeehouses. With its unique atmosphere of Austrian conviviality, to this day the coffeehouse remains a special experience that we also want to offer you on board. Enjoy a milky coffee known as a “Kaffee verkehrt”, for example, or a classic Viennese Melange.
