Our tickets have flexible rebooking so that you can plan your travel to suit your needs. Find out the details of our rebooking options.
Do you have a booking or do you wish to book a new flight?
Please always check the status of your flight and the current travel and entry restrictions of your final destination immediately before the start of your planned journey, as well as any possible transit locations, because these may change at short notice.

Rebookings are still possible for all travel fares.
Bookings from 2 August 2021
For Economy Light and Business Saver fares, there is a reduced rebooking fee. With a rebooking you can change the travel date.
For all other fares you can rebook without additional costs and select a new travel date, a new departure airport and/or a new destination airport. An additional payment may be required if the rebooked fare is more expensive.
The fully flexible rebooking options remain the same for all tickets booked by 1 August 2021 and at no additional cost. An additional payment may be required if the rebooked fare is more expensive.
How often can I rebook?
You can rebook as many times as you want.
Unless you have an original ticket booked on or before 31 July 2021. If this is the case, we currently offer you the option of a one-off flexible rebooking. Please contact us by no later than 15 January 2022 to use this option and rebook your flight. You may rebook once more if your rebooked flight is cancelled.

The following rules apply if you booked your trip up to and including 15 May 2020:
If you booked your journey up to and including 15 May 2020, you can also transfer the value of your ticket to a Flight Value Voucher.
Rebooking can generally be done via our Service Centre. For tickets which were booked via a travel agency, we recommend that you contact them. If you do not get an answer soon, please contact us again for further processing.
If your flight was cancelled due to the current situation or was rebooked to a significantly later date, and you do not wish to make use of the rebooking option, you can of course request a refund.
Requests for refunds can be made using our online form or via our Service Centre.
For tickets booked via a travel agency, please contact your local representative there. If you do not get an answer soon, please contact us again for further processing.
However, we ask you for your understanding that there will be longer processing times due to the high number of requests.
If you have already requested a refund, no further contact is required. We have increased our capacity and are processing all applications. You will receive payment within seven days of applying for your refund.
We have changed our fare structure in order to offer you more flexibility for future bookings.
All fares (except Economy Light and European Business Saver) may still be rebooked without fees.
