In Travel Insights, you can see a summary of all your trips from the last 10 years.

Specific information about your trip: log in with your Travel ID and use our Chat Assistant Maria to assist you with your concern. You’ll automatically get real-time information about your flight and further information on your free baggage allowance and special meals. We will let you know if your flight is cancelled or delayed and book you on an alternative flight if requested.

Use conveniently with Travel ID: as soon as you have logged in, your data and your booked flights are stored and your digital assistant will automatically provide you with all the important information about your current trip. You can also check in, benefit from personalised services and book your next flight directly, including seat and baggage.

Your Travel ID for Austrian FlyNet®: Log in and automatically receive up-to-date information about your current trip. You can also use unlimited free messaging to send your loved ones messages from above the clouds and benefit from our inexpensive internet access to shop, send emails and more.

If you want, you can also earn miles with your Travel ID. To do so, activate Miles & More when you register or later in your account.
