We have introduced priority boarding on continental flights for HON Circle Members, Senators, Business Class passengers and Star Gold customers. As priority guests you once again have the option of boarding after PRE-boarding starting with boarding groups 1 and 2.
In order to avoid large crowds, please only come to the gate when these groups have been called. However, we advise and request that priority guests do not board until boarding group 5 is called. This minimises crowding and thus protects them and other passengers from close contact.
We therefore ask for your support in making the boarding process as pleasant and safe as possible. We ask all guests in the gate area and during the boarding process to maintain social distancing and we will interrupt the flow in the aircraft bridge from time to time for this purpose. Floor markings will help you find your way. Boarding is preferably processed for all guests via Quick Boarding devices if they are available at the stations.
