Baggage delayed for more than 5 days

In the unlikely event that we unable to trace your baggage within 5 days, please complete the Baggage Questionnaire form (pdf) and return it to us. Please provide precise details of the lost item(s) so we can launch a worldwide search via our computerised tracing system..

Delayed baggage

If any of your baggage does not appear on the carousel or is damaged on arrival, please report it to Austrian Arrival Services if you are in Vienna, or the local Austrian Airlines desk or Austrian Airlines representative at any other airport. We will register your details and issue you with written confirmation and a reference number. Please keep this safely.

As soon as your baggage has been traced we'll contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
