  • ...a flight is delayed by over 30 minutes.
  • ...there are gate changes at Vienna Airport.
  • ...a flight is cancelled.

You will automatically receive an SMS or e-mail containing details of the latest flight status, without the need to register on your part.

That means, no matter what airport you are departing for worldwide with myAustrian, you’ll know in advance whether you’re going to need to adjust your travel plans. To make absolutely sure we can reach you quickly, please keep your Miles & More profile up-to-date, and enter a current mobile phone number or e-mail address.

The Update flight irregularity information is only available for myAustrian scheduled flights (flight numbers OS 0-999) and scheduled contingents on myAustrian Holidays flights (flight numbers OS 9000-9999).
