I am holding an eVoucher – how can I use it?

This voucher code can only be used for online bookings of Austrian Airlines scheduled flights on www.austrian.com.

I am holding a flight voucher (MCO) – how can I use it?

MCO flight vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. These vouchers can be used for bookings of Austrian Airlines scheduled flights via our Call Centers or via IATA travel agencies, who can issue Austrian Airlines tickets. These vouchers cannot be used for online bookings.

Lost boarding pass?

I have lost my boarding pass – how do I get a confirmation that I was on board of an Austrian Airlines flight?
We kindly ask you to send the respective flight dates along with a copy of your passport and a separate signature (by fax to +43 (0)5-1766/51002). Please note that for data protection reasons we can send such confirmations only to the passenger directly.
