Your etix® (electronic ticket) enables you to:

• check in from the comfort of your home or office
• select your preferred seat
• print out your own boarding pass or get your mobile boarding card
• from 36 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure
• Please only use the ticket number if you want to check your flight details more than 72 hours ahead

Check here where Web Check-in service is available. Please observe the Web Check-in deadlines at the respective airports and your boarding time at the gate. Your Boardingpass will look like this (PDF).

Travelling with luggage: simply hand your baggage in at our "drop off" counters in Terminal 3 (areas separated for Business and Economy Class).

You depart from another airport than Vienna?
Walk directly to the Austrian check-in counter marked with "drop off" or an Austrian Business Class check-in counter to collect your boarding pass or drop your luggage. 

Austrian Airlines, City Airport Train (CAT , from Vienna Airport - City - Airport) and Vienna Airport Lines are offering reduced tickets for all Austrian guests using Web Check-in:

• use Austrian Web Check-in, print your boarding pass or use our mobile boarding pass service
• buy a reduced CAT ticket at one of the automatic maschines in any CAT station or via internet
• CAT reduction is valid for the day of departure, oneway or return.
  Fare via automatic machines: Single-Ticket 9 Euro instead of 10 Euro, return ticket 16 Euro instead of 18 Euros.
  Online fare on www.cityairporttrain.com: Single Ticket 8 Euro instead of 9 Euro. Return-Ticket 15 Euro instead of 16 Euro (in order to receive reduced fare).
  Insert following codes into the field "Promo-Code": austrian-s for Single Ticket or austrian-r for Return-Ticket.
  
• Vienna Airport Lines: Present this Boarding Pass to the bus driver and take advantage of a reduced ticket-fare valid on the date of your flight: € 5 instead of € 7 for oneway or € 10 instead of € 12 for return on 3 routes between Vienna and Vienna Airport. Further information and timable at www.viennaairportlines.at.

Whether you are bound for Greece, Spain, Portugal or Turkey, for all 37 holiday destinations from Austria offered by Austrian myHoliday can now use the quick and easy web check-in facility 36 hours before departure and get their preferred seats. 

All you need to use the customer friendly service is an internet connection and the required passenger details:

• first name and surname
• flight date
• flight number
• departure airport
• destination airport
  
  

Simply log on to myholiday.austrian.com, click on the web check-in button and enter the passenger details. You can then print out your boarding card containing your seat number and present this at the Austrian Airlines drop-off desks before departure and conveniently drop off your baggage. If you don't have a printer, we also issue boarding cards directly at the baggage drop off counter.

This service is available for all Austrian Airlines leisure flights from Austria operated on behalf of Austrian myHoliday. Whether it is a package holiday booked via a travel agent or a flight booked at myholiday.austrian.com.

Attention: If you have more than one flight within 36 hours and WEB Check-in is not available for the first flight, we cannot provide this service for your following flights due to technical reasons.
