All you need is your 6-character booking reference or any form of identification (e.g. credit/debit card or passport). The kiosks offer flexibility with rebookings and waitlists. You may select adjacent seats for up to 3 passengers travelling together.

Travelling with hand baggage only:
After receiving your boarding pass at the check-in kiosk you may walk straight through security.

Travelling with luggage:
Once you have picked out your boarding pass at the kiosk you may simply hand in your baggage at our designated "Baggage Drop off" counters.

In these cases you might have to check in at the check-in counter:

  • If you are travelling in a group of more than 9 people
  • If your child is travelling alone
