As of June 2014 the staff at the check-in counters will have extended responsibilities and will be the primary point of contact for our passengers. In addition to the usual check-in service, extra services such as sports equipment and excess baggage can be paid directly at the check-in counter by credit card. This one-stop shop concept saves time and effort, and our passengers can get to their planes more quickly.

As of June 2014 our staff in the Austrian Service Centre will take care of customers wanting to buy a ticket, or change or cancel their booking directly at the airport. The Service Centre can be reached at +43 5 1766 1000 Monday to Sunday from 08:00-20:00. Moreover, our customers have direct, free access to our experts by means of the new, red Austrian telephones at the Service Point, the new on-site telephone service area.
