All you need for Quick Check-in is an etix® (electronic ticket) and a card with magnetic strip (credit card) or your 6-character booking code for identification purposes. The following airports are equipped with Quick Check-in machines: Vienna International Airport, Wien-Mitte City Air Terminal, Altenrhein, Amsterdam, all airports in Germany, Copenhagen, Geneva, Istanbul, London City, London Heathrow, Lyon, Milan Malpensa, Rome, Stockholm, Warsaw and Zürich.
Travelling with luggage: Simply hand your baggage in at our "bag drop" counters in Terminal 1 (drop off Zones for Business and Economy Class at Vienna Airport). If you depart from a different airport, walk directly to the Austrian check-in counter marked with "drop off" or an Austrian Business Class check-in counter to collect your boarding pass or drop your luggage.
Counter Check-in
We've set aside a dedicated check-in zone for our Business Class guests to ensure that check-in is especially fast and convenient. Our Economy Class guests can also choose to check in at one of our counters. Our ground staff will be pleased to answer any questions regarding your journey. Please observe the check-in deadlines.
Exclusive Senator Check-in Zone
Between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Vienna you'll find our dedicated Senator Check-in Zone, which is also open to HON Circle Members and Star Alliance Gold Card Holders. Enjoy our exclusive service prior to take-off.
