Please note before submitting your request:

• The event organizer/company (travel management company, professional congress organizer, event management company, destination management company) must complete a request for proposal form and send it to Austrian.
• For hosted events (i.e. the organizing company is paying the transportation costs) and for non-hosted events (i.e. the participants pay their own transportation costs) a request for proposal must be sent at least one month prior to the event.
• Austrian must be nominated and promoted as the exclusive “Official Airline” for the event.
• The organizer must provide all invitees/attendees with information regarding the promotional offer together with a link to our booking engine.
