Austrian Airlines Offers Flight Service to Miami and Menorca
Austrian Airlines will once again add new tourist destinations to its fight schedule in 2015. Starting on June 20, 2015, Austria's national carrier will fly once each week to Mahon, the capital of the Spanish Balearic island of Menorca, and offer five weekly flights to Miami as of October 16, 2015
Starting on October 16, 2015, Austrian Airlines will operate a Boeing 777 aircraft on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to Miami. Accordingly, the airline now offers a sixth destination in North America in addition to its existing flights to New York, Newark, Washington, Chicago and Toronto in Canada. Flight service will be offered to Miami throughout the entire year. The duration of the flight to Miami, a distance of 8,400 kilometers, will amount to nine hours and 40 minutes. â€œThe strong expansion to North America in recent years was a complete success.
Austrian Airlines Adds Odessa to its Route Network
In 2015 Austrian Airlines will once again add a new destination in its focus market of Eastern Europe to its flight schedule: Starting on March 30, 2015, Austria's national carrier will fly to Odessa in the Ukraine four times per week, namely on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flights will be carried out using a Fokker aircraft.
Austrian Airlines currently offers flights to four destinations in the Ukraine. With the addition of Odessa, Austriaâ€™s national carrier is increasing the number of Ukrainian destinations to five in addition to Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Lviv.
Austrian Airlines Launches Flight Service to Mauritius
Austrian Airlines is commencing flight service to Mauritius, adding the new destination to its winter 2015/16 flight schedule. Starting on October 29, 2015, the airline will fly nonstop from Vienna to Mauritius every Thursday and back to Vienna on Fridays. Passengers have the opportunity to sit back, relax in the new cabin of the Boeing 767, watch a film of their choice on their own touch screen monitor and enjoy Do & Co meals on board. After a flight time of 10 hours and 40 minutes, the aircraft will land at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport on Mauritius.
